HOTEL FARO LUNA
The Hotel Faro Luna is an excellent destination for a sun and beach vacation. You can go diving and relax on the beach while still being close enough to the city of Cienfuegos (known as "The Pearl of the South" for its charm and beautiful bay) to enjoy its cultural, historical, and architectural attractions. The hotel, located 18 kilometers from Cienfuegos, is within walking distance of one of the area's main tourist attractions: the dolphinarium. There are daily dolphin and sea lion shows, an attraction enjoyed by both children and adults.
The city of Cienfuegos holds significant historical and cultural value for the nation, as several of its buildings have been declared National Architectural Heritage of Cuba, including the Tomás Acea Cemetery, Martí Park, and the Botanical Garden, among others. In 2005, the historic center of "The Pearl of the South" was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
